When I got this bra I was so excited about not having to hold the pump anymore. It held the pump well and Im so glad I read one of the other review that recommended that you get a smaller size so that it will hold the pump better. I was able to read and do do things on my laptop while pumping. It not a smooth bra under clothing. If you are wearing a fitted top, the bra will look lumpy under clothing but I would just make sure to wear and extra layer so that the lumpyness of the bra would not show through.
