I have been pumping 3 times a day, 5 days a week for 13 months! I never thought I'd breastfeed/pump this long but it's going so well, I see no need to stop. This bra has made all the difference in continuing to pump. The ability to read a book, eat lunch, etc. while pumping makes the time go fast and minimizes the boredom. Plus, it allows you to relax your shoulders and release tension allowing for better "flow". I thought it was ridiculous the first time I saw it but now I get it.
