I first bought one of these during my first pregnancy 4 years ago for a sleep bra. I ended up wearing it round the clock during my last month and the first month post-partum because it was SO comfortable! The support is pitiful, the shape of the straps makes clothign choices very limited, the seams do show under most tops, and it is absolutely not sexy.

HOWEVER... I am now on the tail end of my third pregnancy, and will not even try anything else! When you are large busted (I am wearing about a 40J right now), and pregnant, you want omething that is comfortable and affordable. Once you surpass a DDD, the cost of bras can become high. Past an H cup, prices are ridiculous! This bra is a great alternative, because the shape it gives is natural with great separation, unlike a sport bra or cami with built in shelf. The fabric will not irritate sensitive nipples, and it will stretch to fit for the whole pregnancy, even if like me you go up 4-5 cup sizes!

I do prefer the lined version. It is a little more supportive and holds it's shape a lot better. I also would advise to go down one band size and try to stick with a smaller cup if you want to wear it full time. The cups will stretch (no bulging out)and you will have a fair amount of support.

I also reccommend this to those with joint or back problems, since it is as easy as a sport bra to put on but has a better shape with no uniboob. It also will not put undue pressure anywhere. I have Fibromyalgia and have to ba careful about this, and this bra never fails.Get more detail about Kati Rose Sleep Bra.
